摘要

目的:探讨脏腑背俞穴主治与足太阳膀胱经的关系。方法:通过分析背俞穴及其主治的由来

背俞与标本、气街理论的关系以及背俞所反映的腧穴主治的部位特点

探讨脏腑背俞主治与足太阳膀胱经的关系。结果:背俞作为足太阳经循行线上的一组腧穴

其主治病症未见该经的经脉病候

从十二经脉理论很难解释。而标本、气街理论

腧穴主治部位特点与主治的关系

以及因腧穴归经而出现的经脉分支等

有助于解释背俞主治五脏六腑病症的原因。结论:腧穴主治与经脉病候、经脉循行之间的关系不能简单地以《灵枢·经脉》而论。
