摘要

目的:探讨母子补泻法在中风恢复期临床治疗中的作用。方法:将66例中风患者随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(32例)。治疗组在选取手、足阳明经穴的同时

再依据寸口人迎脉法辨别经脉的虚实

加用母子补泻法来补虚泻实进行治疗;对照组则单纯选用手、足阳明经穴

施以平补平泻的手法进行治疗。两组分别于针刺治疗前后观察经颅多普勒超声血流仪(TCD)检测寸口脉、人迎脉的血流速度之变化并对临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组针刺前后寸口脉、人迎脉的血流速度变化差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组针刺后临床基本恢复及显著进步的比率明显优于对照纽(P<0.01)。结论:运用母子补泻法针刺治疗中风恢复期患者

可以提高临床疗效。
