摘要

目的 :探寻治疗慢性鼻窦炎的较佳疗法。方法 :将 2 6 2例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为针刺治疗组 6 4例、中药治疗组 6 0例、针刺加中药治疗组 138例

对治疗前后症状及鼻窦X线的改善情况进行对照观察。结果 :针刺加中药治疗组有效率 94 93%

优于中药治疗组的 5 6 6 7%和针刺治疗组的 5 9 38% (均P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺结合中药治疗慢性鼻窦炎能取得更好的疗效。
