摘要

目的:观察脑卒中后早期针刺结合现代康复技术对其生活自理能力和精神状态的影响。方法:选择生命体征稳定、神经病学体征不再进展后48小时的急性脑卒中患者

随机分为针刺加康复组(Ⅰ组)113例和单纯针刺组(Ⅱ组)99例。Ⅰ组采用针刺加心理康复和运动功能康复治疗;Ⅱ组采用单纯针刺治疗。评定2组患者生活自理能力和精神状态。结果:与Ⅱ组比较

Ⅰ组治疗后的生活自理能力评分平均上升17.57分(P<0.05

95%CI=14.87～20.27);精神状态评分平均下降5.86分(P<0.05

95%CI=5.38-6.34)。结论:早期针刺结合现代康复技术对脑卒中后生活自理能力和精神状态具有明显的改善作用。
