摘要

目的探寻治疗头臂动脉型大动脉炎的有效方法。方法选取80例本病患者随机分为针灸治疗组(针灸组)和药物对照组(药物组)各40例。针灸组针刺人迎、太渊、极泉等穴;药物组静脉滴注复方丹参液

观察两组疗效。结果针灸组临床治愈率15.0%

总有效率95.0%;药物组分别为0和75.0%

两组疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论针灸治疗头臂动脉型大动脉炎疗效确切并明显优于目前常规药物治疗。
