摘要

目的 :探讨温针和钙剂单独或联合应用治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效及作用机制。方法 :将 6 0例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 30例

治疗组选取大椎、足三里、肾俞、关元俞

隔日温针并服钙尔奇D治疗 ;对照组仅服钙尔奇D治疗。观察两组治疗前后的主要症状变化及骨密度等指标的改变。结果 :治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗组患者骨密度及血清雌二醇提高 (P<0 0 5

P <0 0 1)

而对照组基本无明显变化。结论 :温针与钙剂联合应用

疗效优于钙剂单独应用

且安全无明显毒副作用。其疗效机制可能是温针具有温补脾肾、提高激素水平、延缓骨丢失作用。
