摘要

目的 :了解经络证治在针灸临床中的应用情况。方法 :手工检索 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年《中国针灸》《针刺研究》《上海针灸杂志》(所收 2 0 0 3年的为临床 B版 )《针灸临床杂志》

对其中包含经络证治的文献进行收集、整理。结果 :文献中涉及经络证治内容的较少

仅占 5 6 9% (16 3/ 2 86 4) ;而既按经论治、又有经络辨证内容的更少

占 1 2 2 % (35 / 2 86 4)。结论 :目前针灸临床中不重视经络证治的现象较严重

应引起高度重视。
