摘要

目的 :观察手十二井穴刺络放血对中风初起意识障碍患者意识状态的影响。方法 :将中风发病 3天内有意识障碍的患者随机分为刺络组与对照组

两组均进行常规西医治疗

刺络组另加手十二井穴刺络放血。观察治疗前、治疗后 1 5分钟、30分钟、5 0分钟、80分钟患者的神志变化 (Glas gow昏迷评分

GCS)。结果 :(1 )刺络组患者各时段GCS评分改善

与刺络前比较差异有显著性意义(P <0 0 5 )

且明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。 (2 )刺络放血对脑梗死、脑出血患者GCS的影响均有显著性意义。结论 :手十二井穴刺络放血对中风初起意识障碍患者意识状态具有治疗作用。
