摘要

目的 :探讨日本江户时代名医后藤省所著之《艾灸通说》的灸疗观点。方法 :通过对日本宝历十三年之日本中立斋刻本之学术思想进行研究

辨其渊源

明其旨归。结论 :《艾灸通说》在艾叶的加工、艾绒的制作、艾炷的大小都有一定的技术标准。其学术思想如小炷多灸

中病即止 ;艾火性质并非燥热

而是温润和平

不但寒证可灸

热证亦可施灸 ;灸治于外

神应于中等观点

今天在临床上仍然有指导意义。
