摘要

急性肠梗阻是外科常见急腹症之一。笔者近年应用针罐并用法治疗50例

疗效满意

报道如下。1一般资料本组50例中

男36例

女14例;年龄最小16岁

最大80岁

平均53.7岁;病程最短6天

最长22天

平均13.6天。中医辨证分型:实证病程较短

以腹痛为主

腹胀轻

坚实拒按

呕吐

伴有面赤
