摘要

目的:寻求减肥的有效方法

并探讨针刺减肥机理。方法:采用随机对照的方法

分别设立减肥餐单组(对照组)40例和针刺治疗组(针刺组)80例

观察其疗效及治疗前后胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的变化。结果:针刺治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组

有效率为76.3％

对照组有效率为27.5％

针刺能降低人体中血清TC、TG、LDL-C的含量

提高HDL-C的含量。结论:针刺结合减肥餐单是目前有效的减肥方法

控制食欲、参与脂肪代谢为针刺减肥的机理。
