摘要

目的 :观察针刺加神阙隔盐灸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法 :将 10 6例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组

治疗组 6 0例采用针刺加神阙隔盐灸治疗

对照组 4 6例采用单纯针刺治疗。两组均治疗 3个疗程并随访 1个月观察疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 10 0 0 %

对照组为 89 1%

二者疗效差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺加神阙隔盐灸对黄褐斑是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
