摘要

目的 :探讨隔药饼灸的疗效机制。方法 :将虚寒胃痛 18例、脾虚泄泻 12例

各按照证型施以隔药饼灸进行观察。结果 :虚寒胃痛者淋巴细胞转化率较治疗前增加 14 16 %、脾虚泄泻者较治疗前增加 10 94 %

两者治疗前后分别经统计学处理差异均有极显著意义 (P <0 0 0 1)

CD3、CD4 、CD4 /CD8治疗前后差异有显著性或非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 5

P <0 0 1)。结论 :隔药饼灸使中药、灸疗、腧穴作用于一体

对虚寒胃痛和脾虚泄泻患者具有提高细胞免疫功能的作用。
