摘要

目的:阐明腧穴部位与其主治关系的规律性。方法:通过分析腧穴理论中的类穴(特定穴)、经络理论以及针灸歌赋中的配穴经验等

揭示隐含其中的前人对腧穴主治规律性的认识。结论:腧穴主治的特点和规律与腧穴部位相关。对腧穴主治规律的认识

古代针灸文献中主要体现在三方面内容

即:经络理论

腧穴理论

配穴经验。经脉是对纵向部位腧穴主治规律性的表达

类穴是对称部位腧穴主治规律性的表达。一般重视前者

后者因理论性较弱和间接性表达而被忽略。
