摘要

目的:对比观察穴位注射结合体针与药物治疗经前期紧张综合征的临床疗效

探求治疗该病的最佳方法。方法:将102例病人随机分成穴位注射结合体针组(治疗组)及药物组(对照组)

治疗组采用黄芪注射液注入足三里、三阴交

并针刺合谷、太冲、关元、气海、太阳、风池

于经前10天开始治疗

每3天1次;对照组口服安定及谷维素

常规剂量

于经前10天每天服用

连续服至月经来潮时停止。治疗3个月经周期后观察比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.6%

对照组为75.0%

两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射结合体针方法治疗经前期紧张综合征的临床疗效好于药物组。
