摘要

目的 :探讨针刺治疗变态反应性神经炎的机理。方法 :4 0只大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、针刺组、药物组。针刺组取“L4 夹脊”“足三里”“悬钟”穴

药物组用泼尼松灌胃给药。用流式细胞仪检测大鼠外周血T细胞亚群的变化。结果 :模型组CD8+细胞数降低

CD4 +/CD8+比值明显升高。针刺组能显著提高CD8+细胞数

使CD4 +/CD8+比值接近正常

而对CD3+、CD4 +细胞数无明显影响。结论 :针刺疗法能有效调整T细胞亚群的紊乱状况。
