摘要

笔者自1997年以来

采用火针点刺法治疗白癜风80例

疗效显著

现介绍如下。1一般资料80例中

男35例

女45例;年龄最小14岁

最大58岁

平均28岁;病程最短3个月

最长5年。其中单发型30例

多发型50例。2治疗方法2.1操作方法患者取舒适位

裸露患处。先用75%酒精常规消毒患处及周围皮肤

再用2%利多卡因作患处周围皮肤局麻

同时嘱他人点燃酒精灯

将1根尖头火针针头置酒精灯火焰中加温至火红色。待患处局麻
