摘要

1一般资料58例均为我科门诊或住院患者

其中男32例

女26例;年龄31～60岁

平均42岁;病程5天～2.6年

平均7.4个月;有腰部外伤史者15例

感受风寒湿者19例

无明显诱因者24例。58例患者全部经CT或MRI检查

其中L3/L4椎间盘突出者5例

L4/L5椎间盘突出者19例

L5/S1椎间盘突出者18例

多个椎间盘突出者16例。2治疗方法2.1取穴主穴为腰突穴(经验穴):在患侧腰椎棘突旁1.5～3寸之间压痛点处。配穴:足太阳经部位疼痛
