摘要

目的:对比背部透穴与西药治疗纤维肌痛综合征(FS)的疗效差异。方法:将38例患者随机分为背部透穴组(观察组)、药物治疗组(对照组)各19例进行临床疗效的对比观察。观察组采用足太阳膀胱经第1、第2侧线和督脉进行透刺

对照组采用口服阿米替林为主的西药。结果:观察组的有效率及痊愈显效者6个月随访结果同B组比较

差异均具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:背部透穴法治疗纤维肌痛综合征的疗效优于药物治疗。
