摘要

目的:研究电针刺激“足三里”对大鼠脊髓内γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)样免疫反应阳性物质表达的影响

探索针刺作用机制。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法

通过显微镜观察脊髓内IFN-γ样免疫反应阳性细胞数量。结果:电针刺激“足三里”后

免疫抑制加电针组大鼠脊髓内IFN-γ样免疫反应阳性细胞数量无明显变化(P>0.05);免疫抑制组在背角内的免疫阳性细胞数量明显少于正常对照组(P<0.05)

其他部位无明显变化;电针组与正常对照组相比差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针刺激“足三里”可提高脊髓内IFN-γ样免疫反应阳性物质的表达

针灸可能以IFN-γ为介质激活神经免疫调节网络。
