摘要

捻转针法为毫针的基本行针手法之一。“捻”又作“撚”

即将针刺入腧穴一定深度后

以大指、食指、中指尖夹持针柄做前后转动。许多针灸专著以为此法出自《内经》

此说值得商榷。考《灵枢·官能》载有“切而转之”“微旋而徐推之”;《素问·离合真邪论》亦有“吸而转之”之载。行捻转法时

以手指搓转针柄

针体旋转

然不能认为《内经》所谓“旋”与“转”即是捻转针法

这是因为《内经》时代的针具方脱胎于砭石

其柄为方形。据贺普仁《针具针法》记载:1978年内蒙古自治区达拉牧区出土的青铜针

其柄断面为菱形;1968年河北满城西汉刘胜墓中出土的金针
