摘要

目的 :探求不同针法镇痛后效应的下丘脑作用机制。方法 :以急性佐剂性关节炎 (AA)大鼠为疼痛模型

比较手针组、穴注组、电针组和刺血组AA大鼠下丘脑 β 内啡肽 (β EP)的含量。结果 :不同针法治疗后

在 0 5h内

都使 β EP的含量进一步升高

其中电针组和手针组的效应持续到 30min。结论 :不同的针法产生的效应不同

以手针法效果最优。
