摘要

目的 :观察灸脐对女性更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 2例中、重度女性更年期综合征患者随机分为两组

灸脐组 31例采用灸脐疗法

西药组 31例采用口服尼尔雌醇为主治疗。用Kupperman评分法从症状上进行治疗前后疗效观察

并从灸脐组中抽取患者 2 0例

检查其治疗前后雌二醇 (E2 )水平。结果 :两组显效有效率比较

差异有显著性意义。灸脐可以改善女性更年期综合征患者E2 的水平。结论 :灸脐治疗女性更年期综合征疗效好

简便易行

无不良反应。
