摘要

目的:比较与经脉线和非经脉线相关组织的导热性有无不同。方法:应用红外热像仪系统

对40名健康成年志愿者进行观察。结果:在经脉线上的穴位或非穴位处加热

皮温反应可沿经双向扩展

长者几乎可以通达该经脉的全程;而在非经对照部位加热

皮温的反应仅限于局部

没有明显的扩散

更没有确定的方向。对前臂内侧经脉线和非经脉线的皮肤同时加热

皮温的反应沿经扩展的速度明显快于非经部位

随着加热时间的延长

逐渐形成了三条与古典手三阴经路线基本一致的红外辐射轨迹。结论:经脉线上相关组织的导热性较非经对照部位好

而且有明确的方向性

两者的物理学特性确有不同。
