摘要

目的 :探讨针刺与康复训练改善慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)肺功能的协同作用。方法 :将稳定期COPD患者 6 6例随机分为针刺组、康复组、针刺加康复组

每组各 2 2例

在使用常规西药的基础上分别加上以上 3种治疗方法

共治疗 1 0 0天。于治疗前后测定肺功能并进行临床疗效评价。结果 :治疗前各组间肺功能无明显差别 (P >0 0 5 )

治疗后针刺组、康复组肺功能改善 (P <0 0 5 )

而针刺加康复组肺功能明显改善 (P <0 0 1 )

并优于其它两组 (P <0 0 5 )

其临床疗效也优于针刺或康复组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺、康复治疗均能改善COPD患者肺功能

但针刺联合康复训练表现出明显的协同作用。
