摘要

目的 :比较针刺与中药治疗脑萎缩的疗效差异。方法 :将 14 0例脑萎缩患者分为观察组 (80例

用耳针、头皮针配合体针治疗 )与对照组 (6 0例

口服中药八珍汤加减 )

观察并比较两组临床症状的改善情况。结果 :观察组的愈显率和总有效率分别为 78 8%和 96 3%

对照组为 4 5 0 %和75 0 %

两组疗效比较

差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :针刺治疗脑萎缩优于中药治疗。
