目的 :观察巨针巨刺对脑梗死患者脑血流图、血液流变学和血脂的作用及其机制。方法 :将78例脑梗死患者随机分为巨针巨刺组 4 4例与毫针巨刺组 34例进行对比观察。结果 :两组均能改善脑梗死患者脑血流图、血液流变学和血脂的多项指标参数

但巨针组优于毫针组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :两种刺法均有效

巨针法优于毫针法。
