摘要

目的 :探讨穴位注射吗啡加艾灸对癌痛患者淋巴细胞免疫功能的调节机制。方法 :将 4 4例癌痛患者随机分成观察组 (2 3例 )和常规组 (2 1例 )

分别进行穴位注射吗啡加艾灸和常规的吗啡注射

治疗 2 0天后

采用ELISA法检测外周血中白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )的含量

采用逆转录多聚酶链式反应 (RT PCR)测定外周血单核细胞白细胞介素 2受体 (IL 2R)的mRNA表达。结果 :观察组癌痛患者血清中IL 2的含量升高

与常规组比较

差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;但与健康对照组比较

差异仍有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。观察组癌痛患者IL 2R的mRNA阳性表达率为 6 5 2 2 %

与常规组 (2 3 81% )相比

差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :针灸治疗通过促进IL 2的分泌和IL 2R的mRNA表达

对癌痛患者淋巴细胞免疫功能低下有改善作用

从而达到直接和间接治疗癌痛的目的
