摘要

1临床资料1.1一般资料本组64例

均为2000年1月以来门诊患者

其中男28例

女36例;年龄30～55岁

平均43岁;病程7个月～2年

平均15.5个月。1.2诊断及纳入标准根据1987年美国疾病控制中心制订的标准。主症:较长时间(6个月以上)的疲乏无力。兼症:①头晕头沉

记忆力减退

思维不集中;②失眠多梦

或嗜睡而醒后疲劳更甚;③心慌

气短

胸闷憋气;④易紧张、易激动

烦躁、抑郁

或恐惧不能自制

或悲伤
