摘要

目的 :探讨耳针、艾灸延缓衰老的可能作用机理。方法 :通过皮下注射D 半乳糖建立衰老模型大鼠

在造模过程中

各治疗组分别给予耳针、艾灸、耳针 +艾灸治疗

治疗 6周后

测定各组血清褪黑素 (MT)昼夜含量、血清MT昼夜节律性振幅变化、松果体细胞数。结果 :(1)与模型组相比

各治疗组夜间血清MT含量增加、MT昼夜节律性振幅变大、松果体细胞数增多

其中以耳针 +艾灸组最为显著。 (2 )各组日间血清MT含量比较

差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )

各组血清MT含量呈现昼低夜高的特点。结论 :耳针、艾灸通过对MT及松果体的调节而起到延缓衰老的作用。
