摘要

目的 :探讨电针及天麻对缺血性脑损伤的神经保护机制。方法 :采用大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型造成脑局灶性缺血 2h

再灌注 2 4h。以HE染色

TUNEL标记和免疫组化的方法观察使用电针及天麻后神经细胞凋亡及相关蛋白表达的变化。结果 :针药结合组显示神经元形态病理改变明显减轻

残存细胞率增加更明显

显著降低残存细胞中TUNEL阳性细胞的百分率。Bcl 2 /Bax的表达比例增加更显著。结论 :电针、天麻及二者结合有抗脑缺血再灌注后神经细胞凋亡的作用

二者合用比单一作用强
