摘要

目的 :研究原发性痛经患者任脉、冲脉的经络特性

试图寻求一种无创伤的临床诊断方法。方法 :80例原发性痛经患者与 80例健康女性作为受试者

在月经来潮第 1日测量双侧列缺、公孙穴导电量。结果 :(1)患者组列缺穴导电量数值低于正常组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;(2 )患者组公孙穴导电量数值高于正常组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;(3)患者组列缺、公孙穴导电量平衡率均低于正常组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :原发性痛经患者任脉气血偏衰、冲脉气血偏盛 ;任脉、冲脉阴阳失衡。
