摘要

目的 :观察针刺治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法 :将干眼症 72例 (1 4 4只眼 )分为 3组

A组(观察组 )、B和C组 (对照组 )

分别进行针刺、口服增液剂、外用泪然眼液治疗。结果 :A组治愈 5只眼

好转 33只眼

有效率 79 2 %;B组治愈 6只眼

好转 30只眼

有效率 75 0 %;C组治愈 2只眼

好转 2 9只眼

有效率 6 4 6 %

3组疗效比较经统计学处理差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。A组和B组患者角膜染色、泪液流量、泪膜破裂时间治疗后均有明显改善 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺和口服增液剂均有促进泪液分泌、延长泪膜破裂时间、促进角膜病变修复的作用。
