目的:观察针刺内麻点在四肢手术后疼痛的治疗效果。方法:将62例病人随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。观察组采取针刺内麻点通电刺激30分钟;对照组口服盐酸曲马多片

观察记录各组24小时内疼痛情况变化。结果:观察组镇痛效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺内麻点用于骨科四肢手术后镇痛效果优于口服曲马多。
