摘要

目的 :寻找治疗急性期肩周炎的最佳方法。方法 :综合刺络治疗组在肩周炎病变患处采用梅花针重叩出血与患肢肘关节尺泽穴三棱针点刺出血相结合方法 ;针刺对照组采用常规针刺疗法。结果 :综合刺络疗法在减轻患者疼痛症状及改善各项体征方面较之传统毫针刺法有较明显优势 (P<0 0 5 )。结论 :综合刺络疗法是治疗急性期肩周炎较理想的疗法。
