摘要

目的:观察针刺对哮喘急性发作期的影响。方法:将90例哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组30例

从症状、体征、肺功能以及血清白介素4(IL-4)、γ-干扰素(INF-γ)等方面探讨针刺临床疗效及取效机理。结果:观察组和对照组均能改善肺通气功能

提高肺活量

减少哮喘的发作

但观察组肺功能的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺能加强药物的平喘作用

是治疗支气管哮喘的有效方法之一。
