目的 :观察不同针刺方法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法 :将 14 0例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为电针治疗组和常规针灸治疗组各 70例

两组患者针后均进行面部功能锻炼。结果 :电针治疗组对受损伤的面神经的恢复疗效优于常规针灸对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :电针疗法对面神经麻痹引起的面部肌肉瘫痪有较快、较好的恢复作用。
