摘要

目的:比较针刺颈外夹脊穴为主与针刺传统夹脊穴为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效差异。方法:将72例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为颈外夹脊穴组(40例)与传统颈夹脊穴组(32例)

2个疗程后进行疗效评定和头颅超声多普勒(TCD)检查。结果:颈外夹脊穴组总有效率为87.5％

传统夹脊穴组总有效率为65.6％

两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组TCD检测的血流速度和血管搏动指数(PI)差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:颈外夹脊穴为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果优于传统颈夹脊穴。
