摘要

目的:探讨张力平衡针法对脑梗死患者(RCI)血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)和可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)含量的影响。方法:选择RCI患者82例

采用张力平衡针法与传统针法进行对照

并采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定患者血清IL-1和sICAM-1、sVCAM-1含量的变化。结果:RCI患者IL-1及sICAM-1、sVCAM-1的水平显著高于健康组(P<0.05)

且sICAM-1、sVCAM-1均与IL-1呈正相关(r=0.743

P<0.001;r=0.862

P<0.001)。两组对3项指标均有一定的改善作用

张力平衡针法组优于传统针刺组(P<0.01)。结论:张力平衡针法改善神经功能的作用可能与降低IL-1及sICAM-1、sVCAM-1的水平有关。
