摘要

目的 :观察头针对慢性支气管炎患者缺氧情况的改善程度。方法 :将慢性支气管炎急性发作患者 10 1例

随机分为头针组 34例、药物组 34例、对照组 33例。结果 :头针组、药物组的心率、呼吸频率、氧分压 (PaO2 )、二氧化碳分压 (PaCO2 )在治疗前后均有极显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 1)

并且两组疗效均优于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :头针可显著改善慢性支气管炎患者的缺氧情况

其临床疗效接近于药物

是较为有效的抗缺氧方法。
