摘要

目的 :探讨针灸治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛状态有效方法。方法 :将 112例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 5 6例

治疗组采用经筋刺法

对照组采用阳明刺法

运用高效液相检测治疗前后脑脊液谷氨酸 (Glu)、γ 氨基丁酸 (GABA)的含量。结果 :根据康复医学评定结果及脑脊液Glu、GABA含量的差异表明

治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1

P <0 0 5 )。结论 :经筋刺法能有效地缓解脑卒中肢体痉挛状态且与调节脑脊液中Glu、GABA的含量密切相关。
