目的 :比较针刺与西药治疗无症状心力衰竭患者的疗效差异

并探讨其对左室收缩功能的影响。方法 :将 6 0例无症状心力衰竭患者 (SHF)随机分为针刺组 30例、西药组 30例。分别于治疗前后检测左室射血分数 (LVEF)、短轴缩短率 (FS)

并测定血浆脑钠素 (BNP)水平。结果 :针刺组疗效与西药组相当 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :针刺具有与西药同等的改善心肌收缩功能的作用。
