摘要

目的 :研究肺俞与大肠俞在力学方面所具有的内在的特殊联系。方法 :对脊柱磁共振成像、电子扫描

建立电脑模型

利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行力学模拟试验

对相为表里的两穴间进行单力或双力试验

同时取相邻椎间盘为参照对象

进行了椎体相关性研究。结果 :肺俞与大肠俞无论在单力测试中

还是在双力测试中

都明显地区别于与其它椎间盘的关系

而具有等效性、应力分布均衡性和完全的直线回归关系。结论 :相为表里两穴在椎体力学方面存在的内在特殊联系性

从客观上证明了针灸学中的穴位表里相关理论的科学性。
