摘要

目的 :探讨针刺在经腹腰椎间盘切吸溶核术 (TALD)前后的治疗作用。方法 :采用电针、HYJ智能化微波治疗仪照射腰骶部及刺络放血等方法对TALD术前改善症状、术后康复、消除并发症等方面进行观察。结果 :36例腰痛及下肢放射痛较重不能平卧于手术定位台上的患者

经治疗后能缓解症状

配合手术完成 ;11例尿潴留、2 3例腹胀痛、4 7例腰背痛伴下肢放射痛的术后患者均在 3个疗程内消除、缓解症状。结论 :针刺疗法能有效缓解术前症状

使手术能顺利进行 ;消除术后并发症

促进水肿吸收及胶原酶溶解

缩短康复时间。
