摘要

目的 :采用单光子发射CT分子功能影像技术探讨头皮针刺疗法信号传递的途径和原理。方法 :将 2 3例脑梗死患者随机分为病灶同侧针刺组和病灶对侧针刺组。同一体位下

患者接受针刺前和电针刺激 2次单光子发射CT脑灌注显像。结果 :2 3例患者脑内皆存在血流灌注和功能低下区

无论针刺病灶的同侧头皮

还是病灶的对侧头皮

所有病灶皆见缩小或者消失。结果显示

病灶同侧组和病灶对侧组的血流功能变化率 (BFCR % )都比正常志愿者明显高

但两组之间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :头皮针刺能够明显改善病灶区的脑血流灌注和功能

但和头皮针刺侧关系不大。
