摘要

目的 :寻求提高脾虚湿困型溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效的最佳治法。方法 :选择该证型患者15 2例

随机分为 4组 :神阙穴 +中药组 4 0例

天枢穴 +中药组 37例

中药组 37例

西药组 38例

进行疗效比较。结果 :中药组治愈率 2 1 6 %

西药组为 18 4 %

天枢穴 +中药组为 4 6 0 %

神阙穴 +中药组为 75 0 %

经 χ2 检验

中药组与西药组治愈率差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;天枢穴 +中药组治愈率优于中药组及西药组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;神阙穴 +中药组治愈率分别与其它 3组比较

差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :神阙穴电热针结合艾灸中药疗法

是目前治疗脾虚湿困型溃疡性结肠炎的最佳方法之一。
