摘要

目的 :探讨针刺不同侧头皮运动区对中风患者肢体功能的影响。方法 :将 6 0例中风患者随机分组

分别针刺患者的病灶侧或非病灶侧头皮运动区

并用上田敏偏瘫上下肢功能评价法对针刺效应进行评价。结果 :各组治疗前后肢体功能改善差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 5 )

但治疗后两组之间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 2 5 )。结论 :针刺病灶侧与非病灶侧头皮运动区对中风患者肢体功能的效应相同。
