摘要

目的 :观察针刺为主治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法 :以原络配穴为主联合都可喜治疗为观察组

设单纯都可喜为对照组

观察 6 6例血管性痴呆 (VD)患者治疗前后临床症状及MMSE、HDS R、ADL变化。结果 :观察组能够提高血管性痴呆患者MMSE、HDS R的评分

改善ADL评分

临床总有效率为 85 3%

与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :原络配穴为主联合都可喜可改善VD患者的智能水平

恢复生活自理能力

近期疗效优于单纯都可喜治疗。
