摘要

目的 :观察挑筋法对强直性脊柱炎 (AS)的临床疗效。方法 :将 75例患者随机分为挑筋组39例和对照组 36例

以综合临床疗效及临床症状与体征的分级量化分值为评价指标进行临床观察。结果 :综合临床疗效 :挑筋组与对照组总有效率分别为 10 3%和 8 3%

两组比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。症状疗效 :两组总有效率分别为 87 2 %和 4 4 4 %

两组比较差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :挑筋法治疗AS疗效好

无副作用

是治疗AS较理想的方法。
