摘要

目的 :寻找延缓衰老的最佳方法。方法 :以 12 0名 6 0岁以上老年人作为观察对象

随机分为 4组

即电热药贴组、单纯药贴组、传统隔药饼灸组和空白对照组

观察比较治疗前后的症状变化。结果 :电热药贴组和传统隔药饼灸组均能显著改善衰老常见症状。结论 :电热药贴灸和传统隔药饼灸对改善衰老常见症状作用基本一致。而电热药贴操作方便

不失为延缓衰老的较佳方法。
